Please note New Orleans and Houston are on Central Time –
two (2) hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time.

At check-in enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage at The Press Room bar. Please present a credit card at reception to cover incidentals. All luggage will be delivered to your room.

7 – 10 p.m. The Library (across from The Press Room bar).

You’ll learn how to make five of New Orleans most popular cocktails,
enjoy libations and a variety of creole & Southern comfort food.

Thursday, September 25

6:30– 9:00 am | Breakfast at leisure at Couvant.
Present one breakfast voucher per person.


City Highlights Tour with GRAB-N-GO lunch

8:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.
We’ll see city highlights from a local point of view, enjoy muffulettas’, Zapp’s chips & sodas from Central Grocery and get a, behind
the scenes tour of Mardi Gras World, where Mardi Gras floats are built.

Attire:  Casual


1 – 4:30 p.m.
Free time to enjoy the French Quarter or visit the World War LL Museum (located a few blocks from the hotel).


4:30 p.m.
Walking transfer to Mr. B’s Bistro
in French Quarter.
Attire: Smart casual (no shorts or T-shirts) 


5 – 7:30 p.m.
Cocktails & dinner at Mr. B’s Bistro,

hosted by Fox3 & KUSI News
Famous for BBQ shrimp among other creole dishes, this restaurant is a popular spot among locals.


7:30 – 8:15 p.m.
Walking transfer to Preservation Hall.


8:45 – 9:30 p.m.,
Hosted performance of  jazz/blues musicians at world-famous Preservation Hall.

Cocktails hosted by Fox5/KUSI News.


10 p.m.

Hosted drink at the popular Pat O’Briens bar, known for “The Hurricane.”

Visit The Piano Bar if line isn’t too long.

Rest of evening at leisure. On your own to return to the hotel.

Friday, September 26

6:30– 9:00 am | Breakfast at leisure at Couvant.
Present one breakfast voucher per person.


Morning at leisure.


11:30 a.m.
Hosted walking taste of New Orleans.

We’ll first stop at Mother’s Cafe for lunch and items of your choosing. Mother’s is a local favorite. Then it’s onto the French Quarter for hot beignets and coffee or hot chocolate at the world-famous Café du Monde.

Attire: Casual


Afternoon at leisure to explore
the French Quarter.


7:00 p.m.
Depart hotel for Farewell Dinner

(hosted by Fox5 & KUSI News) via private Ubers.


7:30 – 10:30 p.m.
Cocktails and dinner at the most famous restaurant in New Orleans.
Located in the quaint Garden District of Uptown New Orleans,
Commander’s Palace has been serving New Orleanians since 1893 and is known for its bread pudding souffle.

Attire: Dressy; Sport Jackets & slacks for the men (no ties are necessary); dresses & pant suits for the ladies. 

Ubers back to the hotel.
Late evening at leisure.


Saturday, September 27

6:30– 9:00 am | Breakfast at leisure at Couvant.
Present one breakfast voucher per person.


Morning at leisure.


10:00 a.m. | Bag Pull – Please have luggage inside your door ready for pick-up.


10:45 a.m. | Check-out and settle incidental room charges.
11 a.m. | Depart for airport in private Ubers.
